Local Knowledge
A few things are consistently true about moving in Seminole.
Mature trees make good streets and awkward approaches. A lot of Seminole has real canopy over the road. Beautiful to live under, less beautiful when a 26-foot box truck needs the clearance. We check the approach and shuttle when a street demands it.
Most homes are single-storey with a driveway. That makes for straightforward, efficient days and is genuinely one of the easier parts of the county to move in.
Park Boulevard is the artery, and it decides your morning. Getting west toward the beaches or east toward the interstate runs through the same few roads, and the hour you choose changes the journey more than the route does.
Bay Pines and the surrounding area brings its own access rules. Anything on or adjacent to a campus with controlled access needs the visit arranged in advance rather than negotiated at a gate.
Heat is a logistics problem. From June through September an afternoon load is hard on your furniture and our crew. We start those moves early.

Our base is on 12th Avenue North in St. Petersburg, which puts Seminole roughly twenty minutes away going west and north. We usually come across on Park Boulevard or up through Bay Pines depending on where you sit, and we pick the hour with the beach traffic in mind rather than ignoring it.
